Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of receiving your Sacco Cart to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the cart must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it. It should be free from any signs of wear and tear, dirt, or other indications of use. Additionally, all items originally included in the box must be present. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If you wish to return a non-defective or undamaged cart, please notify Sacco within 14 days of receiving it.

Once the cart has been picked up, a 50% refund will be processed. The remaining refund amount will be issued after we receive and inspect the cart, which may take up to 6 weeks. If the returned cart exhibits damage, excessive signs of use, or missing parts/accessories, a restocking fee will be deducted from the remaining 50% refund balance. Sacco covers the cost of return shipping.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior authorization.

Accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, the accessory must be unused, devoid of any wear and tear, and sealed in its original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.
